HAION was established in 1985 and has over 40 years of experience
in caster research, development, and manufacturing.
We are a Medical and Industrial caster manufacturer
with fully integrated, in-house production capabilities.

At our self-owned factory in Xihu, Changhua, Taiwan,
we complete the entire manufacturing process —
from plastic injection molding and metal stamping
to final caster assembly and quality inspection.
All production is carried out in-house, without outsourcing,
ensuring stable quality, controlled lead times,
and a high level of customization flexibility.

HAION provides OEM and ODM manufacturing services,
supporting customized design, material selection,
load calculation, and brake system integration
to meet specific customer requirements.
Our product applications include medical equipment,
hospital beds, medical carts, scaffolding, industrial equipment,
and our proprietary Powered Assist System (PAS)
for assisted mobility solutions.

across global Medical equipment systems
and industrial equipment markets,
serving customers in Europe, North America, and Asia.

The new CIS

HAION marks its 40th anniversary in 2021. To celebrate the occasion, we have completely redesigned our brand identity system. The new, streamlined logo is a combination of grey and orange.

The grey stands for HAION’s down-to-earth corporate character and its strength in advancing through solid steps; The orange reflects a corporate culture of reliability, warmth, and energy.

Most importantly, the wheel-shaped space between the two colors of the H in our logo symbolizes our positive and upward attitude, and our willingness to communicate with you to—as our company motto goes and a good wheel should—smooth your way.
