1. Nylon Casters: The Top Choice for High-Temperature Environments

   ◆High-Temperature Sterilization:
      Nylon possesses excellent thermal stability and
      can withstand high temperatures. It is one of the few plastic materials that
      can undergo frequent high-pressure steam sterilization without deforming.
   ◆Low-Temperature Risks:
      Nylon is prone to embrittlement in low-temperature environments, which may affect its
      impact resistance.
2. Polyurethane (PU) Casters: Silent Operation vs. The "Hydrolysis" Crisis
Combining the elasticity of rubber with the wear resistance of plastic, PU is currently the most widely used caster material.
   ◆Impact of Heat and Washing:
      Standard PU materials are highly sensitive to "moist heat." When exposed to warm water washing
      environments exceeding certain temperatures, the PU molecular chains undergo hydrolysis.
      Common symptoms include the tread becoming sticky or separating from the core (de-bonding),
      leading to a significant increase in rolling resistance.
   ◆Low-Temperature Performance:

3. TPR (Thermoplastic Rubber): Performance in Warm Water Environments
TPR is a common material for medical and laboratory equipment due to its floor-protective properties and superior noise reduction.
   ◆Warm Water Washing Impact:
      As a thermoplastic material, TPR has a lower thermal limit. Under continuous warm water
      rinsing, TPR is susceptible to thermal softening, which compromises its original stability
      in wash-down applications.
   ◆Potential Issues:
      If softened TPR remains stationary under a heavy load for extended periods,
      it can develop flat spots, causing vibrations during transport. Additionally,
      frequent exposure to chemical cleaning agents can accelerate surface aging and peeling.
   ◆Low-Temperature Adaptability:
